Testing for Day With Rae is a calm, collaborative process. It’s about making something beautiful together, sharing honest feedback, and helping ensure patterns are clear, wearable, and enjoyable to make.

Pattern testing is best suited for those who enjoy following written instructions and sharing thoughtful notes along the way.

You do not need to be an expert crocheter, have a social media presence, or produce perfect results. Thoughtful feedback matters far more than perfection.

What it involves for you

Receiving early access to a crochet pattern
Making the project within a set timeframe. Most projects range from 2-4 weeks, but will vary depending on the piece and exceptions can be discussed on a caes-by-case basis
Sharing feedback on clarity, fit, gauge, yarn useage, and overall experience
Sharing photos of your finished piece
Feedback is usually shared via email or a short google form—nothing complicated.
