I'm Rae, the designer, maker, and slow-living enthusiast behind Day With Rae!

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the feeling of making something with my hands. I love the repetitive motion, the medetative element, and the satisfaction of creating something from a simple strand of yarn. Designing crochet patterns has become my favorite way to both slow down and to continually challenge myself.

 

Day With Rae is a space for experimentation and exploration for myself, and hopefully for others that find enjoy the designs I've put together! It's a space I can share the soft colors, gentle textures, wearable pieces, and the feeling of accomplishment after you've worked hard to improve at your craft. 

 

My goal is to offer small moments of calm and connection, one stitch at a time, and hopefully inspire you to slow down a little and notice the smaller things that might otherwise pass you by as you rush through the day. If spending a day with fiber in your hands and beauty on your mind sounds like your kind of day, then I think you’ll feel right at home here.
