Digital Products
All digital items (such as crochet patterns) are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the purchase is complete.
If you experience any technical issues accessing your download or accidentally purchase the same item more than once, please contact us at rae@daywithrae.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Physical Products
Any physical items (such as printed goods or handmade items), the following conditions will apply:

Returns: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain products may be marked as final sale or non-returnable. This will be noted in the product description.
